Document review takes up to 24 business hours. 234abc may request additional documents if there are inconsistencies or suspected irregularities. Failure to complete the KYC process within the platform's stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.
234abc accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL) through the following methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other financial institutions registered with the Banco Central do Brasil.
Pix deposits are credited instantly. Boleto bancário may take up to 1 business day after payment. Credit and debit cards are processed within up to 30 minutes. 234abc does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Receiving deposits from third parties or using payment methods not in your name is prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from third parties may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal of your available real-money balance may be requested at any time, provided the account is verified (KYC complete) and there are no active bonuses with a pending rollover linked to the balance.
Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit, whenever possible. 234abc may require that the withdrawal be processed via Pix to the same key used for the deposit, or request additional verification if the payment method has changed.

The 234abc welcome bonus is valid for the first deposit only. The user must opt in to the bonus before confirming the deposit — it is not possible to request the bonus retroactively after the deposit has been processed without the option activated. The weekly cashback and daily free spins from the VIP Program are governed by the program's specific rules, available on the dedicated page. The rollover on VIP cashback is 1x and free spins carry a 3x rollover on generated winnings. 234abc offers pre-match and live Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), UFC and MMA, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), tennis, NFL, and more.
A bet is only considered valid once confirmed on screen and a ticket number has been received in the account history. Bets not confirmed due to a technical failure will be cancelled and the amount returned to the available balance. 234abc reserves the right to cancel bets placed with incorrect odds resulting from a technical error — in such cases, the full wagered amount is refunded.
A bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the user after confirmation, except in cases where the Cash Out feature is available for that ticket. Cash Out is a platform offer and may not be available in all markets or at all times during an event.
Bets are settled based on official results published by the governing body of each competition. In the event of a football match postponement, for example, the bet remains valid for up to 48 hours — if the match is not played within that window, the bet is cancelled and the amount refunded. Specific settlement rules for each sport are available in the platform's help section.
Live betting at 234abc follows the same general rules as pre-match betting, with the addition that odds may be temporarily suspended during critical moments in the event (goal, red card, timeout, VAR review). Bets confirmed before a suspension have their odds locked at the value at the time of confirmation.
Casino games available on 234abc — including slots, crash games (such as Aviator and Spaceman), live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other table games — are provided by licensed suppliers and operate with random number generators (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories.
Each slots and crash game has an RTP declared by the provider, available in the game information. 234abc does not alter the RTP parameters of games supplied by third parties. The results of each round are independent and are not influenced by previous rounds.
Live casino games stream real-time sessions with human dealers. 234abc is not responsible for transmission failures caused by the user's internet connection. If a disconnection occurs during a round, the result is recorded normally by the server and applied to the user's account.
Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits per round, displayed before play begins. These limits may vary based on the user's VIP level — Gold and Diamond members have access to higher limits on certain games and exclusive tables.
The 234abc VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze (automatic upon registration), Silver (BRL 1,000.00 wagered), Gold (BRL 5,000.00 wagered), and Diamond (BRL 20,000.00 wagered). The volume required for each tier is calculated based on confirmed bets placed in any category on the platform.
Level upgrades are automatic and immediate upon reaching the required volume. Level maintenance is assessed monthly based on the previous 90 days of activity. If volume is insufficient to maintain a level, the user receives 30 days' notice before any downgrade takes effect. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited at 234abc and may result in immediate account closure, balance retention, and notification to the relevant authorities:
You may request account closure at any time via the support chat or by emailing suporte@234abc.net. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any available real balance returned via Pix. Bonus balance with an incomplete rollover is automatically cancelled upon closure.
234abc may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, request by a regulatory authority, or fulfillment of a legal obligation. In cases of suspected fraud, the real balance may be held until the investigation is complete — the user will be notified of the outcome and the timelines involved.
Users who opt for self-exclusion through responsible gambling tools have their account immediately blocked for betting and deposits. The available real-money balance may still be withdrawn normally during the self-exclusion period. Reactivation of an account following permanent self-exclusion is not possible.
